Here is a recipe for corn fritters in an appe pan that you can try at home.
Ingredients:
1 cup of corn kernels (fresh or canned)
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1/4 cup of cornmeal
1/4 cup of chopped onion
1/4 cup of chopped bell pepper
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
1 tablespoon of olive oil
