Ingredients:

1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and sugar. Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized balls.
- Roll each ball into a thin disc and place it in each of the appe pan cups.
- Spoon pizza sauce onto each pizza crust and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Top with your choice of chopped vegetables.
- Heat the appe pan over medium heat and cook the mini pizzas for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Note: You can customize the toppings according to your preferences, such as adding cooked meats or substituting the cheese for a vegan option.
