These bite-sized pizzas are made with a homemade dough and topped with pizza sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, and your choice of assorted vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives. Not only are they fun to make, but they are also a healthier option compared to traditional pizza. The recipe is easy to follow and takes only 30 minutes to prepare. Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour (Maida)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon instant yeast
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Assorted chopped vegetables such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and olives

Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, instant yeast, and sugar. Add the olive oil and warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal-sized balls.
  4. Roll each ball into a thin disc and place it in each of the appe pan cups.
  5. Spoon pizza sauce onto each pizza crust and sprinkle with shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Top with your choice of chopped vegetables.
  7. Heat the appe pan over medium heat and cook the mini pizzas for 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the crust is golden brown.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Note: You can customize the toppings according to your preferences, such as adding cooked meats or substituting the cheese for a vegan option.
