Ingredients:
6 slices of bread
1/2 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped carrot
1/4 cup finely chopped capsicum
1/2 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
- Remove the edges of the bread slices and crumble them into small pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled bread pieces, mashed potatoes, chopped onion, carrot, capsicum, ginger paste, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into small cylindrical rolls.
- Preheat the appe pan on medium heat. Grease the pan with a few drops of oil.
- Place the rolls into the appe pan moulds. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the bottom of the rolls turns golden brown, flip them over using a spoon or skewer. Cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the rolls from the pan and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
