Ingredients:
4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 tsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves, finely chopped, for garnish

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, green chili, ginger paste, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well.
- Divide the mixture into equal-sized portions and shape them into small round patties.
- Preheat the appe pan on medium heat. Grease the pan with a few drops of oil.
- Place the potato patties into the appe pan moulds. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Once the bottom of the patties turns golden brown, flip them over using a spoon or skewer. Cook the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
- Remove the patties from the pan and garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with chutney or sauce of your choice.
