Impress Your Guests with This Simple and Delicious Choco Lava Cake Dessert

Chocolava cake, also known as molten chocolate cake, is a dessert that features a warm, gooey chocolate center surrounded by a moist chocolate cake. It is typically served in a small, individual-sized portion and is often accompanied by ice cream or whipped cream. The cake is made by baking a chocolate batter in a ramekin or other small dish until the outside is set, but the center remains melted and gooey. It is a popular dessert in many restaurants and is also enjoyed as a homemade treat.





Ingredients:


1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:


  1. In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
  2. Add the powdered sugar to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
  4. Grease the appe pan moulds with a few drops of oil. Spoon the batter into the moulds, filling each mould to about 3/4 full.
  5. Place a few chocolate chips in the center of each mould and cover them with a spoonful of batter.
  6. Preheat the appe pan on medium heat. Place the filled moulds in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the cakes are cooked on the outside and gooey on the inside.
  7. Once the cakes are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them cool for a few minutes.
  8. Serve the Choco Lava Cakes warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
