Ingredients:
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Add the powdered sugar to the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla essence to the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is formed.
- Grease the appe pan moulds with a few drops of oil. Spoon the batter into the moulds, filling each mould to about 3/4 full.
- Place a few chocolate chips in the center of each mould and cover them with a spoonful of batter.
- Preheat the appe pan on medium heat. Place the filled moulds in the pan and cover with a lid. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the cakes are cooked on the outside and gooey on the inside.
- Once the cakes are cooked, remove them from the pan and let them cool for a few minutes.
- Serve the Choco Lava Cakes warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream.
